COOK COUNTY 2009 FIRST INSTALLMENT PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION
The Cook County Treasurer's Office has notified us that the Illinois Legislature recently passed a law ordering that property tax bills for 1st installment 2009 be calculated at 55% of the 2008 total property tax bill amount.
The 1st installment of Cook County property taxes will be due March 2,2010.

NOTARY PUBLIC ACT AMENDMENTS
On June 1, 2009, the Notary Public Act was amended to require that a Notarial Record be kept for every notarial act in Cook County.
